When Will My Order Arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest.
Cargo within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email with tracking information.
You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email.
If you placed your order using a registered account, you can also log in to your account and track your order from there.
Can I Ship My Order to a Different Address?
Yes, during checkout, you can enter a different delivery address than your billing address.
This can be your home, workplace, or even a friend’s address.
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure to provide your full and correct address (street, neighborhood, avenue, etc.).
On Which Days Are Deliveries Made?
Deliveries are made on weekdays (business days) only.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Return Policy

The product you have purchased from reyhanip.com must be unused, undamaged and the package of the product must be undamaged.

Due to hygiene conditions, opened products cannot be returned.

The purchased product must be in its original box, undamaged, with all complementary accessories, and must be returned complete and undamaged, along with any promotional or campaign products given as gifts, if any.

It can be returned if it is unused, untested and intact.
